LIVE GUIDED BREATHWORK

Not another thing to figure out. Just a place to finally let go.

A live, guided breathwork experience

to help you release what you’ve been holding

and reconnect with what’s already within you.

You don't need more willpower.

You need a way back to yourself

You don’t have to be ready.

Just willing to show up.

You’re not alone in this.

  • When your mind won’t slow down, even when everything looks fine

  • When you’ve been holding it together for everyone else

  • When you feel disconnected from yourself, and you’re not sure why

  • When you know something needs to shift… but you can’t think your way there

Join the Breathe

When you are ready, this is a place to land.

Most people come not knowing what they need—and leave feeling clearer than they expected.

Why I Created Let’s Breathe!

I created Let’s Breathe! for the person who has been holding so much together, often without realizing how much it has cost them.

So many of us know how to push through, stay busy, keep showing up, and do what needs to be done. But somewhere along the way, we can lose touch with the quieter parts of ourselves — the parts that need space, softness, truth, and breath.

This space is an invitation to come back.

Not by forcing.

Not by fixing.

But by listening.

My work blends breathwork, acupuncture, coaching, and body-based awareness to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, resilience, and deeper self-trust.

A Breathwork Space Designed for Real Life

Let’s Breathe! was created for people who want the benefits of breathwork without feeling like they have to do it perfectly, understand everything, or become someone they’re not. Each session blends accessible breath patterns, nervous system awareness, and gentle guidance so you can meet yourself exactly where you are.

  • Rooted in breathwork and nervous system awareness

  • Designed for people with busy schedules and busy minds

  • Welcoming to all bodies, backgrounds, and experience levels

This isn’t about doing it right. It’s about giving your body the space to respond.

WHY BREATHWORK — WHY NOW

Small breaths. Real shifts you can actually feel.

You don’t need more to do.

You need something that actually helps your body settle—in the middle of real life.

When your body finally exhales

Shift out of that constant edge.

Feel your shoulders drop.

Feel yourself come back.

When your mind stops racing

Fall asleep without the loop.

Focus without forcing it.

Feel clearer without trying so hard.

Something you can return to

Simple breath patterns you can use

in your car, between meetings, or before bed.

No setup. No pressure.

How it works

A simple way back to yourself—without trying so hard

You don’t have to figure anything out.
You just have to show up—and breathe.

Each session is live, guided, and intentionally simple.
You’ll be led through gentle breath patterns you can return to anytime—no pressure, no performance, no need to get it “right.”

This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about finally feeling different.

  • Join from your couch, desk, or even your parked car

  • Cameras optional—come as you are

  • Leave with 1–2 techniques you can return to anytime

It's simpler than you think.

Step 1

Choose a time that works for you

Pick a session that fits your schedule. No pressure. Just a place to begin.

Step 2

Arrive exactly as you are

Hop on Zoom, get comfortable, and be gently guided through the breath. Cameras on or off—you’re always in control of your pace.

Step 3

Leave with something you can use

You’ll walk away with simple techniques
you can return to whenever you need to reset.

No pressure. No performance. Just presence.

What people notice

The Let's Breathe! Series has supported professionals, parents, students, and creatives who are tired of feeling maxed out and disconnected from their bodies.

“I didn’t know it was possible to feel this calm in so little time.”

Here’s how sessions land for real people:

“I joined between back-to-back Zoom calls and somehow walked into my next meeting actually relaxed. My shoulders dropped, my breath slowed, and my brain felt clearer.”

— Maya, product manager

“I’ve tried meditation apps and always felt like I was failing. With breathwork, I finally have something concrete to do when my anxiety spikes.

— Jordan, new parent

“Sleep has always been hard for me. After a few sessions, I have a bedtime breath routine that actually helps me wind down.”

— Sam, designer

“It felt like my whole system got permission to exhale. I didn’t realize how much tension I was carrying until it started to let go.”

— Lee, creative director

Questions, answered

What to know before you join

I’ve never done breathwork before. Is this for me?

Yes. The Let's Breathe! Series is designed with beginners in mind. We’ll explain what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, and how to adjust any practice so it feels safe and supportive for your body.

What do I need for a virtual session?

Just a quiet-ish space, a stable internet connection, and a place to sit or lie down comfortably—a chair, couch, or bed all work. Headphones can help you drop in, but they’re not required.

Is this therapy or medical treatment?

No. Breathwork is a supportive wellness practice and is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or crisis support. We encourage you to consult your healthcare provider if you have respiratory, cardiovascular, or other medical conditions before joining.

Will I have to share or speak during the session?

Sharing is always optional. You’re welcome to stay on mute with your camera off the entire time. Many people prefer to keep their experience private, and that’s fully respected.

What happens after my free session?

You’ll receive a short recap of what we practiced and an invite to continue with the Let's Breathe! Series if it feels like a fit. There’s no pressure or obligation to continue.

WHY THIS WORKS

There’s a reason this works

This isn’t about forcing calm.
It’s about working with your body’s natural rhythms.

Intentional breathing has been shown to support the nervous system, reduce stress, and improve emotional regulation—helping your body shift out of survival mode and into a more balanced, responsive state.

And it’s often in that state that clarity, release, and real change begin to happen.

  • Supports your nervous system in real time

  • Helps regulate stress and emotional overwhelm

  • Improves heart-rate variability (a key marker of resilience)

  • Uses simple breathing patterns to reduce anxiety

Grounded in emerging research on breath and nervous system regulation.
